This includes running, sprinting, jumping jacks in the gym, whatever I can get away with to get me pumped for the weekend. When you're done I'll typically give myself a 5-10mg creatine-boost to help ensure that my performance and the strength gains continue. The main issue with this method is that the volume of sets and reps is less so you're not getting as big of a bang for your buck per rep. When you add one new exercise to your bulking list each week you'll need to plan on adding ~5-7lbs of mass from these new exercises.
